Counselling
sessions are on a one-to-one basis (unless couple or family
counselling is requested).
Attending an
initial session does not commit you to further sessions.
The
initial session is used to get acquainted and to give you the
opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the counselling
process.
Should
you decide to have further counselling sessions your only commitment
will be to the sessions you book for.
