Open the door to your possibilities

I am a registered MBACP (Accred) experienced counsellor/psychotherapist with many years’ experience. I provide long and short term counselling depending on the individual’s needs.

Over the years I have worked with people of all ages, from various backgrounds and in a range of settings. I currently work from consulting rooms in North and West London.

What can you do if something in your life is making you unhappy or miserable?

You may feel you have it all, but still feel as though something is missing.

Are you are dealing with one of life’s setbacks—a difficult relationship, redundancy, the loss of a loved one, or you feel at odds with the world.

Do you feel that your home or work life is suffering? Do you find yourself repeating patterns of behaviour, but are unable to change?

If you feel there is room for improvement in your life, then therapy may be for you.

Deciding on therapy

Deciding to seek therapy is a big step for some people. It requires you to open up about matters concerning your personal life. It can help you to explore and clarify whatever is worrying you.

Each of us experience difficulties and challenges at some point in our lives. You really do not have to face them alone.

Talking through your issues can help you to find new ways of thinking and feeling, which can often lead to greater self-awareness, understanding and change.

You will have the opportunity to talk me in confidence. I am  impartial and  i'm separate from your work, social and family life.
